Shear Pink Salon Policies

• Cash Only — We do not accept any other form of payment.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment with a new deposit will be required.

All services, products, and hair purchases are non-refundable.

Appointment Guidelines

• Please arrive on time.
• Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be canceled or subject to a $30 late fee.
• No children or additional guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

Booking & Service Notes

• If you are booking color with a silk press, you must select a color service when booking.
• Black rinse must be added as an add-on service.
• Haircuts are an additional $15.
• Prices may increase based on hair length and amount of color product used.

Weave & Wig Policies

• For weave services, please click the service photo to see what hair is required.
• Bundles and wigs are not colored the same day.
• Hair must be dropped off by Tuesday before your appointment, no later than 12 PM.

• We do not straighten curly or deep-curly weaves.
• Reused bundles must be clean, dry, and free of thread.

• For wig revamps, wigs must be dropped off by Tuesday before your appointment at 12 PM.
• Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation.

• We do not revamp or restyle wigs made by other stylists or companies.
• We do not work over sew-ins or extensions installed by other stylist
